In case of folliculitis, if the symptoms stay for too longthere is a high chance of hair loss.

Ofcourse there can be other reasons for hair loss, so it is better to get examinationagain and find the exact reason why your hair started to fall out.
If your hair is falling out because of dermatitis, thetreatment form it will be enough to reduce the number of falling hair.
