Dr. Lee Moon-won has safely returned yesterday (the 19th) after completing his overseas medical volunteering activities.
As he will resume normal medical consultations starting Saturday, the 20th, patients who have postponed their check-ups or treatments can now receive care as usual.
We are pleased to share that the volunteering mission in Sri Lanka was a great success.
In a remote area where medical benefits were non-existent and malnutrition was severe, the doctors provided what help they could. For the hungry children, the three participating doctors pooled all their available funds to purchase as much rice as possible. They believed that while medicine is important, helping the children resolve their immediate hunger was the greatest service they could offer in that community at that moment.
