Content | Along with diffuse alopecia areata, there were severe scalp heat, headaches, scalp pain, and scalp irritation. In the early stages of treatment, scalp heat and headaches improved, but alopecia areata responded more slowly. Gradually, alopecia areata improved, and other symptoms also improved, almost disappearing. During treatment, new alopecia areata appeared in a different area, causing much anxiety. However, as the symptoms improved again, confidence was regained, and the treatment continued successfully.
