Hello from the team at Lee Moon Won Korean Medicine Clinic.
Dr. Lee Moon-won returned safely yesterday (the 19th) from his overseas medical mission.
He will be back to his regular schedule on Saturday the 20th, so anyone who had to put off a visit or treatment can come in as usual.
The mission in Sri Lanka went well.
The team worked in remote areas with no access to health care and widespread malnutrition. For the hungry children there, the three doctors pooled every bit of money they had and bought as much rice as it would buy. They felt that a real meal, right then, would do more good than a dose or two of medicine.
Giving back to the community what we have received is part of who we are at Lee Moon Won Korean Medicine Clinic, and we will keep that spirit of service at the heart of the care we provide.
