A magazine show that travels the world stops in Seoul

50’Inside is TF1’s flagship magazine show, covering culture and trends from around the world. Its South Korea special followed French visitors as they explored Korean culture, food, and beauty.

Among those stops, the structured scalp care at Lee Moon Won Clinic — rooted in Korean medicine — is what held European viewers’ attention.

“I’m in heaven” — a French beauty influencer’s verdict

In the segment running from 14:40 to 15:59, Yasmine, a French beauty influencer exploring Korean beauty trends, came to the clinic for professional scalp care.

After a scalp diagnosis she settled onto a pre-warmed spa bed, and didn’t hold back: “Je suis au paradis” — I’m in heaven.

Korean medicine meets modern therapy

The show walked through the clinic’s protocol step by step:

  • A mask of plant-based herbal extracts, with radiofrequency to drive the nutrients in
  • Blue light therapy to calm inflammation on the scalp
  • Scalp massage to stimulate circulation and support hair growth

When it was over, Yasmine said she felt “like a princess” — a level of satisfaction that says a lot about how far this is from an ordinary hair treatment.

A wellness destination with an international reputation

Lee Moon Won Clinic has focused on the scalp and hair loss, and nothing else, since it opened in 2005. In October 2009 it was formally registered as a medical institution authorized to treat international patients.

In March 2026 it was named an Excellent Wellness Destination by Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization — for the sixth year in a row.
