At Lee Moon Won Korean Medicine Clinic, we have worked continuously to improve our treatment environment, develop better remedies, and raise the level of our service, all in the effort to be a better clinic.

On June 30, that work was recognized with ISO 9001/14000 certification from the International Organization for Standardization.  certification on June 30th.

What is ISO certification?

It is an international standard for quality management systems set by the International Organization for Standardization. A company builds the system, then an independent outside body reviews it and grants certification. In short, it certifies the system a business uses to deliver consistent quality and service.

We focused in particular on herb preparation and storage, sanitation of our facilities, patient satisfaction, and environmental protection. We organized a great deal of documentation and ran daily checks, and that is what earned us this certification.

You can now come in for treatment with complete peace of mind about our hygiene, our herbal preparation, and the remedies we make.

We see this as the result of our work to give patients a better care environment,

and we will keep building on it.
