A visit from KVLA, the California community network
On March 4, 2015, Jenny Do of KVLA โ an Asian-American community television network in California โ visited Lee Moon Won Korean Medicine Clinic together with a specialist from a spa company, to see Koreaโs Korean-medicine approach to hair loss and scalp care for themselves.

- Hair loss and scalp care built on Korean medicine
More than a story โ a personal interest
The two visitors are mother and daughter, and their interest went well beyond the story they had come to report: both had been thinking about scalp health and hair loss for some time.
They asked questions at every step and followed each part of the treatment closely, which made the visit a genuinely enjoyable one for our staff and for Dr. Lee.
Hormonal change, frequent styling, thinning hair
In her fifties, the networkโs CEO had been concerned about hair loss and thinning brought on by hormonal change and frequent styling. She left with a prescription, and has stayed in touch from the United States with questions about her progress โ saying she plans to return to Korea whenever she can.
One place, from diagnosis to prescription
What struck her most was the clinicโs one-stop system โ diagnosis, treatment, hair styling and prescription under one roof โ and she encouraged us to bring it to the United States.
We were grateful that they traveled all the way from the US, and their visit left us with good memories.
