Treatment Progress

The patient had been under a lot of stress about finding a job and felt increasingly run down when they discovered an alopecia areata patch. They didn't know when it had started — their hair stylist spotted it — and they came in right away. Based on the pattern, it appeared to be less than a month old, and since it could spread, we advised starting treatment quickly. It grew slightly after treatment began, and then new hair started to grow.

Because their school is outside Seoul, they couldn't come in often, but they took and applied their treatments every single day, and treatment wrapped up successfully within the expected time frame.
