- After a period of heavy stress caring for her father, alopecia areata suddenly appeared. A health checkup and dermatology tests found nothing unusual. She started treatment, but it kept getting worse, so she came to Lee Moon Won Korean Medicine Clinic to try a different approach. The exam led to a diagnosis of stress-related autoimmune alopecia areata.
