Long-term medication for an eye condition combined with work stress caused her to suddenly lose a lot of hair over two to three months. Three to four weeks after starting treatment, her shedding dropped by more than half, and it continued to gradually decrease after that. Around the three-month mark, a wave of new hair started growing in all at once, and she says she was surprised at how fast it worked.

She's now continuing treatment while exercising and eating well to improve her overall health and build her resilience to stress.
