Treatment Progress

His hair gradually thinned after starting college, then fell out heavily when he lost a lot of weight during a language program abroad. He didn't eat well during the program, the food quality was poor, and his overall health suffered. He was under a lot of stress and had itchy scalp dermatitis but couldn't get treatment.

After starting treatment, shedding decreased and his hair was getting thicker, but a sudden illness put him in the hospital and treatment was paused for about a year. He has since come back and resumed treatment. Progress isn't fast, but he's steadily getting better.
