For the past two years, the patient had recurring multiple patches of alopecia areata — they'd improve with treatment, then come back. With each recurrence, treatment worked less and symptoms lasted longer, and this time more patches appeared, so after hearing about our clinic, the patient came to Korea from Japan for treatment. Hair soon began growing back once treatment started, and the patient says their overall health has improved too.

Treatment for the alopecia areata is nearly finished, and since the patient also wanted treatment for M-shaped hair loss, we're now treating that as well. Even though the patient is from Japan, they took the herbal medicine and used the herbal topical treatments without any trouble.
