Treatment Progress
Multiple patches of alopecia areata appeared a year ago; some areas improved, but the larger patches didn't, so the patient came in. Because they're highly sensitive to medications, other clinics had a hard time choosing and using medications. Their job was very stressful and their busy schedule had taken a toll on their health and nutrition, so along with treatment we recommended eating well.
The patient began responding shortly after starting treatment, and new hair has now grown in across all the patches. They say they no longer notice the overall thinning they used to have. The new hair is still short and fine, so we've agreed to continue treatment steadily.
※ This case is shared with the patient's consent. Results and treatment length vary from person to person depending on individual constitution and symptoms.
