Come to LEEMOONWON Clinic on your confirmed appointment day.

  (1) Purpose of Data Collection and Use
LEEMOONWON Clinic collects minimal personal information (name, address, phone number) required to process appointment requests and provide appropriate services. The more accurate information we have, the better and more personalized service we can offer.

(2) Provision to Third Parties
As of May 2003, LEEMOONWON Clinic does not share or affiliate user information with any other websites or organizations unless required by law.

(3) Access, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Data
If you are registered as a member, you can access, modify, or delete your personal information anytime through the ‘Edit My Information’ section using your ID and password. Upon withdrawal, all personal data will be immediately deleted unless retention is required by law. Any offline documents will also be destroyed under the same policy.

(4) Withdrawal of Consent and User Rights
Users may withdraw their consent at any time by canceling membership or submitting a deletion request. Upon withdrawal, all information will be permanently deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.

(5) Scope and Type of Personal Data Collected
LEEMOONWON Clinic only collects the minimum information necessary to fulfill our contractual and service obligations, including name, resident registration number, email, address, phone number, mobile number, and newsletter subscription status. Sensitive information that may infringe on basic human rights is never collected without explicit consent or legal basis.

(6) Consent from Legal Guardian for Minors
Children under the age of 14 are required to submit a written consent form and a copy of their legal guardian’s ID via fax before registration can be completed.

(7) Retention and Use Period of Collected Information
Personal information is retained from the time of registration until the user requests termination. Upon membership cancellation, all stored data will be deleted immediately unless required by law.
